By using Komin you agree to these terms. Komin is a social game for entertainment — please use common sense and look after the people around you.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Choose a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or access areas you're not authorized to.
• Don't use Komin for anything unlawful or harmful to others.
• The “judge” and any stakes in the game are for fun between you and your friends — Komin doesn't handle money or enforce any wager.

The game & your safety

Komin encourages putting your phone down. Always stay reachable for genuine emergencies and never ignore safety for the sake of the game. You play at your own discretion.

Content

You keep ownership of content you add (like your avatar). You grant us the limited permission needed to display it within the app to run the service.

Availability & “as is”

Komin is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
